It's a great day for.....

making jerky. Thunder storms here all day,[:@] so since I'm stuck inside I thought I'd put some of my harvest to use. Got out 5lbs of ground venison and made a batch of jerky. Got it drying in the dehidrator right now, the whole house smells wonderful.

I always thought they should make a cologne in jerky smell.

Thats a snack there. We made 42 lbs last batch![8D] Dried up to around 8-9 I believe.

20-30 mph winds today has me relaxing as well. I may head out in the AM.
