You should take a kill picture once in a while.[8D]
Taking nice harvest pictures is extremely important to me.

I guess I am in the minority. I probably should start taking more so I have some memories to look back on and stories to tell about. I used to take a lot when I first started but for some reason just don't anymore. I never carry a camera with me and I'm sure as heck not walking to my truck and then back to where the deer is just to take a picture of a doe I killed. When I get it back home the last thing on my mind really is taking pictures. I'm thinking more about getting it hung, getting out of my gear, getting a shower, something to eat, some fresh tenderloins, couple beers, going to sleep and where I'm hunting in the morning.

You do it your way, I'll do it mine. Why start this again? Nothing better to do?

bigcountry I spend a lot of time hunting. I spend a lot of time shooting my bows, tuning them etc. I spend time every year staying in pretty decent shape. I spend a lot of time traveling to and from my hunting spots.
I try not to do things half assed - why in the world would I half ass photo's that capture some of the best memories a person can have?
Don't hate to tell me at all ........ if you can pick apart these the photo's that I took go for it. You'll be hard pressed to find me taking photo's with tongue's hanging out, blood everywhere, in the backs of a pickup, straddled etc etc etc. I didn't take all those photo's you know.
I have taken my share of horrible field photo's and I hate that I did.

I hate to tell ya, none of those pics you and your buddies took a few weeks ago were quality pictures.
