Nice stands. So it it easy to bowhunt out of some of those in the air? The windows look smaller. Are you limited to longer range shots? Or can you take closer ones?

The windows are 30" tall and 20" wide. They are 32" from the floor.I have not had a problem with either shot, Took a Doe a 8 yds and a nice 6 pt at 27 yds.It is so dark inside nothing can see you moving around. Even carpeted the floor to keep it quiet. This is the ultimate tree blind.

Nice. I have thought about building a permanent in our woods behind the cabin along those lines. May have to get that accomplished this summer.

Boy thats a ton of work, what happens when the deer decide to travel a different trail? Hard to move those babies. You guys hunt springwater area? I'm headed down there this weekend to hopefully fill remaining smokepole tags

We have owned this property for 10 years, the Deer still travel through the same trails. Don't know where they are going or coming from but doesn't change much. We also use 3 climbers on 4 different properties, We try to rotate around.
Since gun season ended the Deer are returning to thier normal behavior. There is a hay field 2 places over, every nihgt there would be 20 to 30 Deer. When gun started nothing. Tuesday night they were back. This weekend should be HOT.

I agree being mobile and having plenty of spots to hunt is key to success but it's also pretty sweet to have a nice stand(s) like that in well-established travel areas if the deer can get used to them. Ditto on what bowtech 300 said in terms of reliability of the travel routes. I've been hunting the same spot near our cabinat times during the season for the past six year years and every year, the main travel routes are the same due to the way the cover and nearby ag fields are situated. It may change someday, but something will have to happen to the habitat to make it change.
