You know, I can pretty much understand where every conversation originates from and where the poster intended to go..... BUT, who in the hell using a trolling motor while bowhunting. OR, who uses a Ross bow while fishing? OR.... what are you smokin'? LOL Don't tell me, what I'm thinking is too funny to ruin it for me. LOL
Dave, Germ uses his boat and electric motor to get into the deer's bedroom via the river when they are in the fields. There is no approach from the fields and by using the boat, he's in there when they return. It's ingenious!

David, surprised you never used a boat in MD. Lots of my hunting, I have to use a jon boat. Espeically in MD like Fishing Bay. And need a mud buddy.

Man that sounds like a crappy day! I can feel your pain tho. Lets just say its a bad day when you are driving down the interstate, towing your boat, and the next thing you know is you look out your drivers door window, and you see your boat and trailer passing you in the passing lane, with the motor throwing sparks off the lower unit. And not to mention that this was the first time I had used the boat after completely restoring the boat and trailer. Bad part was, that insurance refused to cover it.[:@]
