BowTech in my OPION is the best bow bow's out there today the are not the fastest but are the quietest and smoothest... And I agree with the $829.

To each his own, but I have a hard time understanding why I or anyone would drop over a 1K....when all said and done for a bow that might not be the fastest, but is quiet.....

I can't remember the last time a deer jumpedthe string because of my bow being to loud or slow.....and it's 7-8 years old and I paid $400 for it new.

do the deer get better at moving out of the way?
Congratulations on your skill. Apparantly people actually used to kill them with spears and what not too. To each his own I guess Guess that makes the whole bow thing look easy!

They are 750 at my local shop, which is relatively cheap considering most.

GUS....Isn't this like telling the guy who bought his wife a 3ct diamond that a 1/2ct is "just as good"? The 3ct is definitely worth more (so is the new bow). There's pride in ownership (with both).
If it tooka 3 ct to "get it done" then I'd buy the 3 ct. If I could get the same results with the1/2 ct.............well you know the rest . You can have your pride in ownership. I'm satisfied knowing it's the guy behind the bow...........not the bow

I don't ever worry about how another man spends his hard earned cash.
Neither do I. Read my last response. Too many newcomers might think it's necessary buy all of the top of the line stuff costing thousands to get started in bowhunting. I simply think in needs to be said that it does not.
