i love the lightweight of mine, but in generalI dont like to use climbers. However i feel this stand is comfy and easy to use

I have the 06 model and I really like it. Its perfect for bowhunting (nothing in front of you), comfortable enough, easy to pack in (14 lbs) and retails for only 200 dollars. It is the one stand I have that I don't have any reason to complain about.

This is my second season using the Open Shot. I like it very much but I had to do a bit of modifying to make it comfortable for an all day hunt. I found sitting on the crossbar very uncomfortable and if I scooted back my butt would fall through the space in back. I think "Lab Coat Guy" dropped the ball on this design.
