i cut mine into chops, flour them with seasoned flour ( A.P. Flour, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder) sautee them in olive oil, then add some roasted garlic, sun dried tomatoes, green onions and mushrooms then at the end remove the meat and add about a cup of beef broth to the mushrooms and such then let it reduce to about half the liquid and top the meat.
Just so you know about marinating in coke cola - that is a method used to remove the "gameyness" from the meat and sometimes the flavor period.
