I saw a show some time ago where Ted Nugent was hunting sheep or some similar animal, with his wife filming from the opposite hillside. Anyway, he drew to shoot the ram in the middle, and the whole herd took off running. His wife filmed the ram running full tilt for several seconds, and you can see in slow motion an arrow hitting the ram for what was probably a 100 yard bow shot at a running ram at full speed, obviously quite lucky but nevertheless true.

I'm hoping someone recognizes the shot and has a link to a clip of it.

I can't say I remember seeing that one, but would be interested in seeing it.

Dont ask me why, but I was thumbing through a bud's copy of Teds book "God guns and RnR" once, and I remember reading him claim, he killed a ram at 600 yds with a 9mm beretta pistol.
He even cops to illegally shooting a vulture out of the sky w/ a 44 mag, and having it mounted.

Guess I will have to read the book again, I do not rember any of that.

It was in the chapter called "witnessed or otherwise called liar shots" or something like that. I promise though, that and some other pretty ridiculous stuff is in that book. Its one of the reason I started to consider him a fraud and void of any credibility on hunting and shooting.

I saw this with my own eyes, trust me it is true. I just want to find someone with more info and hopefully a clip of it. It was the dumbest, blindest luck you ever saw but did happen.

Oh that(100yd bow shot) I believe is very do able but the stuff I read in Teds book was beyond believable IMO.
