Default Turkey Crap = no deer?

Anyone have the deer disappear after the farmer spread turkey or chicken crap all over the fields?

The farmer did this last Friday and ever since the deer seem to have fled the area. It’s usually the best time to be out hunting but man has it’s been slow!

And wow dose that stuff stink!

I dont think deer like any crap at all. They clear the field pronto once the farmers around here get to dumpin on the manure.

Yep, I’ve noticed I don’t care for crap on my food.

When do the deer tend to come back?

Not sure if there is a specific time table there. Likely they will change food sources, if they find one that can sustain themselves they will stay there until some factors tell them to leave.

The deer numbers wont be the same in that field for the ramainder of the season though thats for sure. Thats just the observations that I have made here.
