hey Jeff what exactly are you looking to accomplish? I am shooting a heavy arrow with an Extreme FOC 21%. 29" Gold Tip series 22 with a wrap 4" feathers 30 grn insert, 20grains of weight adapters behind the insert and a 220 grain muzzy phantom broadhead for a total arrow weight of 520grains, Flying at 255fps out of my Old Glory set at 29" draw and 68lbs. which is 75 ftlbs of KE. I have helped others come up with heavy setups so let me know if you want some help.

I think (with some much needed help) I've got it licked, now.

I'm trying to pick up KE without sacrificing anything other than a few fps. I think I'm on the right track.

Thanks!
