the Montecs are great, they fly like a field point and leave a great hole on the shot. some say that they can't get them very sharp, however, I read a review on them somewhere and it says that the angle of the blades make them appear to not be sharp even with they are razor sharp, just a tid bit of info

I have a friend that has lost 3 deer with strikers I saw the shot on one and it was hit good just didnt penetrate. I shoot the montec and love them except they dont make them bleed very much
