If my land bordered his, I'd build a beautiful pink fence, as high as would be legal in the area, and not made of the best looking material either, totally around his area. And music, aahhh, soothing music, like bagpipes starting at 7:00 if the noise code applies or whenever, would run all day from sunup to sundown. There are tons of ways to legally make his place a living hell. Would I be cutting off my nose to spite my face as with cutting off the deer trails, maybe. But it would be worth a try just to know he's pissed. Like Mel Gibson in Braveheart, "....ARE YOU READY FOR A WAR ?!!!!" ........and a good reply in the best scottish broag "Well, we didn't get drrrressssed up for nuthin !!!;)

Dude that sucks!!!!! Thatquestion was brought up when I took my archery class several years ago. They are right that the land owner has the right to not let you get your deer, but on the flip side, that guy does not what to be caught touching that deer without a tag. He so much as moves that deerhe can be charged with possession of a deer without a tag. So I would keep an eye on that deer and see what he does with it, then call the game warden and turn him in for poaching. Just a thought. GL man, I feel for you.

Update is...I seen 9 buck from this stand in 2 sittings this week! i will be on the stand in the a.m. I am not giving up. This was the 1st deer to ever run in his yard! Usually they run down thru the woods and cross over his property and I never have a problem cause I go around his land. I did have a few die down at the creek (on his land) down over the hill away from his house I just grab them and drag them over to my land! I have all the right in the world to be where I am at! As for the deer I have no idea what he did with it? The authorities have my number and they never called so they don't have it or I would of got it! I will call them today and ask them about him moving the deer,but I ask the game warden I said So that deer is gonna go to waste he said yep i assume so, he has to give me permission to get it!
So, you make it a habit to trespass on this guys land to recover deer and yet, when he busts you trying to trespass youcome here and cry about :eek:. And now you are going to do the same thing again :eek:. Suppose the deer dies in his front yard again are you going to come here and cry likebaby then? YOU are the only one doing anything wrong in this/these situations yet you want to make this landowner out to be the bad guy? Talk about setting yourself up for failure :eek:. You even say you will put your friends in this stand. What if they shoot a deer and that deer dies int heguys front yard and he doesn't allow a recovery. Now you set your friends up for failure :eek:. Do you live in the ****ing twilight zone?

No twilightzone here! if you want to get personal buddy take it via pm. I have no problems discussing it! I have no problem being honest and saying I had some deer fall dead down in the woods on his land! Yep I went and got them. I would of went and got this one had he not seen it and been standing there! And yea I will put freinds on that stand without hesitation it's perfectly legal! Welcome to my form of surburban hunting! Anyways Bruce buddy pound sand, if I want to hear any **** I will go out and listen to it hit the ground when the cows drop it!

Your the one crying and whining about not getting your deer LOL;). I imagine if someone were to trespass on your hunting land that would be OK since you seem to be fine with trespassing :eek:. Make sure you cry about the next deer you lose because you could not trespass to recover it LOL ;).

Twild i got your back teamate. I woulda walked right on that land and gave that dude a piece of my mind. And i woulda got my deer. People are on here are full of it saying that they abide by 100% of the law, i know most of you have walked across someones property ege or something iether not knowing it or whatever but get off his back he shot that buck its his buck, a buck of a lifetime at that! Down here in New Jersey we must be a different breed of people i guess because that guy would of not been able to get to work the next day after he has 4 flat tires and whatever else i could think of. Maybe cap[ture a skunk and put it under his house or in his garage, sounds like acrappy day to me. Good luck in ur hutning twildasin keep hunting that piece ur seeing bucks, do what you gotta do brotha

OKAY OKAY, move your stand further away from his property.... You cant expect everyone to let you onto their prpoerty. However in the situation I dont know what I might have done...

funny huh? The guy is doing nothing more than protecting his property yet now it's OK to burn his house down, flatten his tires, threaten him,..................
