How much does the Shaft, insert, fletching and nock weigh?

How much does the Shaft, insert, fletching and nock weigh?
Im trying to figure out thelighest arrowI can get, and i know at 27" and 8.0 gpi my arrows will weigh 316 grains with a 100 grain tip on, but approximatley how much does the Shaft, Insert, fletching (blazer veins) and knock weigh about on the average carbon arrow?

GPI is grains per inch of your shaft,
I'm not sure but you can figure around 15grains for blazers(3), and around 12 for a nock, And I have no idea about a insert.

Most arrow manufacturer's post the weights of their components on their web site's.....You can guestimate but to get axact you will need to check the site's..!!!!
