Default Crazy story

Source is foxnews.com

BISMARCK, N.D. — A North Dakota program that distributes venison to the needy will accept only deer killed with arrows, fearing that firearm-shot meat may contain lead fragments.[/b]
"We're calling out to bow hunters to spend a little more time in the tree stand," said Ann Pollert, executive director of the North Dakota Community Action Partnership, which administers the Sportsmen Against Hunger Program.
Officials in North Dakota and other states have warned about eating venison killed with lead ammunition since the spring, when a physician conducting tests using a CT scanner found lead in samples of donated deer meat.

I would figure that they already knew that the was some lead in the meat, considering bullets are lead...not quite sure why it matters now though..

That's what we think now. In a couple more years a study released out of Cali will say we are all going to die because eating deer shot by a gun has been known to cause cancer in the state.

I had read about this report before. I also heard it was backed by money provided from anti-hunters. The therory is this one thread they can pull on in hopes of banning gun hunting. You know, for our safety[:'(].

If they don't want what I generously donate, then let'em go hungry.
