I' ve read an article that explained that it' s usually several factors that affect deer movement. Like if it' s hot and the wind is blowing, that makes the deer move better, just like a cool breeze when it' s hot makes you and me feel better, but when it' s cold wind enhances the cold and slows deer movement. A light rain that cools down a hot day does the same thing, but if it' s a downpour, they don' t stir as much. As far as snow is concerned, unless it windy when it' s snowing, it doesn' t seem to affect them that much.
