Thanks all. Heading back out shortly to give it round II. Hopefully, he'll be down for the count before the final bell tonight.

Other than a basket 6 pointer chasing does all over the place, didn't see Heavy B tonight. I guess I go for Round III tomorrow.

I was in the marsh stand this morning again and had only a coyote come through. I returned to the house and no sooner got in and saw yesterday's buck come back in. I've named him "Heavy B" and he returned from the corn field quite late. I was able to watch him come across the pasture and disappear into the wood line in a ravine. He cameout again close to the pond and laid down where he was yesterday. I went to the North side of the sanctuary and called to him. My wife watched out the window through a spotting scope and said he didn't move at all. I've included an aerial view of his route (in yellow), sanctuary (light blue), property lines (white) and stands (black dots). I think once the rut actually starts here, I can probably call him in, but right now he's not cooperating.
