I can't see you pushing enough KE to shoot expandables. You have setup issues.

But my curiosity is piqued. When do they not open? How do you know they're not opening?

I'm perplexed. I can have them open pushing them through a sheet of paper.

I need to see a photo of how you have them quivered....or how they are before you shoot them.

i shoot a bowtech 65# 30" draw with gold tip 7595 hunter xt arrows and prior to this season i shot muzzy 100 this year i went to quickfletch / quickspin speed hunter vanes 2" and my muzzys simply wont fly with this setup (the vanes being the only thing that has changed in the equation) so i went to rage 3 blades BLAH i attribute another first this year for myself to those things i lost my first deer , good shot well not good enough apparently, anywaysinge lungand heart i thoughtrecovered my arrow and 2 blades were still as they were when i placed it in my rest rubber included ?

field point would have killed one with a single lung and heart hit. I think you have some tuning issues if your fix blade will no longer fly good and maybe an expandable is not the solution. There are some mighty knowledgeable guys/gals on here that can help you out if this in fact the case...not bashing you just stating my opinion.
