ks. hunting ??
Anyone hunting south east ks. right know? i going in a few weeks and looking for an up date on what the mass crops are looking like? and if the creeks and rivers are stillreally high?and see what the deer are doing?

The deer are starting to move more and more. Im up in NE kansas and they were just starting to cut corn this weekend, I think the whole state is pretty close to starting the fall harvest. In a few weeks the rut should be close to starting, and we always have good activity around that time. The big bucks are still coming out at first and last light, but the landowner shot a real nice 8-point out of my stand last week and I had about a 130 class 8 at around 80 yards lastnight. So theyre out there, you just gotta be persistant. Good Luck
