Default String Leeches came.. question

This should probably be in the technical forum but it takes awhile to get some answers there, plus I spend my time in this forum. I don't have a bow press or a string seperator to put my string leeches on, so should I just take it to my archery shop to put them on, or is there another way? I've heard a lot of good things about them and when I decided to switch from whiskers, you guys convinced me to go this route. Any info is appreciated, thanks...

what i have done in the past is take a small flat pocket screwdriver and seperate the string with it...watch that you dont break the string strands...put the screwdriver in seperate it jsut a little..if ti splits a strand take another driver and put in the gap of the string so you dont break any of the strands...if that makes sense

If you're not in any big hurry to get them on just take your bow to the shop next time you go by. Will only take a minute.

Go buy the cheap bohning string separator. It's like 8.00 or 9.00 dollars. The pro shop will charge you more, and all you will get is the leeches put in.
