here is my problem i had taken my trophy taker rest off my raZORTEC to try out anouther rest. know i want to put the trophy taker back on. but i lost all the setting i had had it on before. how high do i want my nock? and how high about the shelf do i want the rest to be?

If you look at your bow from side view with a arrow nocked and sitting on the rest , the arrow should be level with the hole in your riser that the rest is screwed in. Thats a good starting point and you can paper tune to fine tune it from there.
