I will text sometimes but not during prime time. Sometimes I will check scores. I cant stand having anything over my ears. It bothers me to even wear a hat that covers them, I feel like I cant hear anything

another thing to do when in the stand is take up some rocks with you and toss them out every now and then because it sounds like an acron or a wallnut hittig the ground.
Saw a video where Will Primos did that. Had a pocket full of gravel. Can't remember which video but it was one of the earlier ones on VHS (pre-DVD) so late 80's early 90's.

If you have kids, then take there gameboys or what ever they have from them and play that.
I always thought hunting was a way to get them away from video games?

no but i did not say it was baitting i just said it could be looked at as baiting. I was told if you had a corn field and took corn ears pull them off clear off the the outside and drop them on the ground that is baiting. From what i was told

that could be looked at as baiting.

IA..I had a guy tell me he used this technique this year to bring in some smaller does the first week of season. He saw them, dropped acorns at a good rate (ones that he had picked up on the way in) and the deer migrated toward him. I have never tried it.

Okay lets switch it up...what if he dropped rocks that mimicked the sounds of acorns...is that baiting?

As I said, I love the sounds of nature and have never used an ipod or anything while in the field, but I really don't understand why it bothers people so much that others enjoy things like this while on stand.

What difference does it make? It'shilarious that people get all moral about such silly things.

Listening to an ipod whilesitting on stand for hours, "I can't believe you would do such a thing." Give me a break!

Who cares!!!!!!
