Default how do I use deer dander

I just ordered some deer dander and have yet to receive it. Anyone using this product? What is the best way to use it?

Would you use other attractants with DD, like doe in heat or dominant buck?

Yea I use Deer Dander , it's a great product.
The best way to use it is to spray it all over your boots , this way it will leave a sent trail right to your stand.
Works good as cover sent too but be careful , you wouldn't want a sex crazed buck right behind you if you know what I mean.
If your using a ground blind , spray some of it on the blind it will help bring them in closer for the shot.

I killed several deer last year and passed up many more. I certainly believe that deer dander was one reason..I killed two nice bucks and both of them came right in after sniffing the dander, and I mean they came to every tree that I sprayed.... I have some on order again..I spray it on my boots, my clothes and in 25 yd radius on trees when I get to my stand and then I open the top and either sit it at the base of the tree or up in the tree with me... I had one buck come running to it, I killed him needless to say!! I had 2 other bucks walk within 3 yds of my tree sniffing for it..one of them was killed.. I had several deer come out of their way just to check the smell and see and then go away, they didn't eat or drink they just came in range and left after not seeing deer... it works. I never use scents, but this one I have used for 2 yrs with success...good luck here are the bucks from last season!!

I use the stuff religously - I spray it on my boots and around my set-up .. I got through 5-6 bottles a year and have nothing but positive things to say about this product

So should I use it by itself or can I spray myself down and also use a doe in heat or dominant buck scent?

Use it by itself ... why would you want to mask it with any other sent ?
