You know, medically speaking, if you break your hip (or anybody else's) you are actually breaking part of the femur. (pelvic fractures are called ... pelvic fractures)

Just an FYI

Buddy of mine just shot a doe with a Rage Broadhead. It went through the front shoulder and broke a nice size piece of it off! Made it through both sides of the rib cage too, but got stuckbetween the hide and the ribs.
