bow questions...
#1
later on this fall when they release the 09 bows i am thinking about getting a new bow. since i am a college student and money is quite tight right now, i am thinking about buying an 07 or 08 since this is going to be a lot cheaper than dropping 800 bucks for a new bow. does this make sense or is it worth it to save up a a couple hundred dollars extra and buy an 09? i am shooting an 03 PSE right now. it shoots alright but i want to take advantage of the new technology that's come out in the last few years.
now i have a couple questions...
i don't have the money to buy a new bow every year, so the bow that i buy has to last me for at least 3 years. i am keeping my options open on what brand to buy.... i am going to try buy a higher quality brand (bowtech, mathews, hoyt etc...)
i am sort of leaning to the bowtechs.... and i know a lot of guys here shoot bowtechs and love them... but i am seeing lots of posts on limb issues with the bowtechs. so my question is is it worth it to buy a bowtech and is it going to last me? i don't want to drop 500 on a bow and have it comeapart a thousand arrows into it.
and my last question is what are some the bows that you guys recommend? i plan on shooting a bunch and finding out what ones work best for me, but to narrow down the field a little bit i was wondering what bows you liked the best?
thanks in advance guys!

just shoot and shoot and find one that suits what you're looking for. You'll likely be able to find older (year wise) bows that have never been used and will last you several years as long as you treat them well and take care of them. Also, you could still get a 2009 bow and look at a packaged deal like the Bowtech Tomkat of years past.
