Just got in from Nebraska and had this sent to me from quite a few guys here.....I have video evidence that we took the batteries out of the sights we used. There was no light on there. Usually I would not respond to something like this....especially from someone that has 1 post, but I'm not going to leave any question here. We had no light on our sights guys.

So is it illegal to use the lighted equipment even during the day? when it would not matter anyways.
