Ebay has just too much of this kind of stuff. I know it's not an ebay site, but it started there. I don't go there anymore. For a while there even mentioning the site and paypal any where on the net would get mecrap emails.

i think your right had something similer happen to me. A guy called me told me he bought a jetski engine from me and i never charged his credit card.
i told him i had never talked with him and did not take a order. come to find out someone linked my ebay user name to there homepage and the email he sent me went through there site and got tossed in the junk folder. or something like that. but hey they sold a motor for me so no biggy

I have seen this before from different websites. I believe that they are linked to Ebay and they just get Ebay's auctions listed on more websites throughout the web.
If you click on the "Buy It Now" option it re-directs you to your auction on E-Bay!

could be they do it to get people to there site which increases the ad vaule. like sites that give out free games or ring tones. there is alway something behind something free.

+1, many sites try to look like their doing something, when all they really are doing is connecting people to an E-bay link. I can see how it may look like a scam, but I don't believe it is, it's legitimately going to E-bay.

Whats up with the cgi.ebay. Im pretty sure thats an ebay ripoff. Take out the cgi and it asks me if I want to log in under my username. The cgi version doesnt. Report that crap IMMEDIATELY! you dont want people pissed off at YOU because of some $%&head scammer!
