Before changing arrows, why not try turning down the draw weight to, say, 56 and see what happens. If the arrows are shooting weak that may clear up the problem right there. No real reason the bow has to be at max DW is there?
Good call Bruce, because even a 56#'s that bow is still going to be zipping arrow faster than most bows on the market do at 70!!!!

According to OT2, your actually stiff.
I would have never thought that.... I shoot .300 or .340 spine out of my bows at 60 pounds and they fly great.

According to the numbers you gave, which were within 4 fps of AA,you are slightly weak.AND,that would explain your problem.

You probably are close enough to really not notice an issue with the arrows with field points but as soon as you screw on the broadheads, all bets are off.

I sold my Trykon a few years back because of this same issue.

Wouldn't tune for crap

I must admit that I had a few tuning problems with my General until I replaced the factory supressor insert with an aftermarket. It shot great at first, but as it got worn out, I had a few minor broadhead flight problems.

Send it my way. Free is free. ;)

So am I weak or stiff here? Y'all lost me.

Is it an FOC problem? Heavier points, perhaps?

RE: Upset with 82nd...

Based on my 82nd experience, I say you're spine is weak. I would get a heavy(125)and a light point point (65) and see if either makes the problem worse/better. Shoot a stiffer and then a less stiff arrow to check.

After that, fletching contact is suspicous but the arrow is easier to test so try that first.
