Backstraps I keep and vacuum seal. Everything else will be cubed steaks and sausage.

same as always....thin steaks, chops and the rest is sweet italian sausage links...dad needs to start killin deer again...i do all the work...he does all the eatin! atleast he pays the butcher bill

I just hope I get a deer this year. If I do get one then jerky, and steaks. Hopefully I get a bear and elk too then I'll get enough meat for lots of different stuff. ha I hope

3 deer is the ideal amount for my father and I. My parents have a large freezer at their house so storage is never too big a deal. Basically goes like this
1 deer: Ground 1 deer: Steaks 1 deer: Salami and sticks Not all from the same deer, but the mixture of the ideal parts for each |

i need burgr so bad... the first 2 deer will be burger... we were at the market yesterday an the price for burger is jus crazy.. after that i dont care... maybe some steaks...
