If it costs me an opportunity then so be it. Gotta have my coffee. It's just part (and a necessary part)of the experience.

I agree, sometimes i go sit on stand just to chill out and take it easy, taking a deer is not always my number one goal. Coffee is a very important part of these enjoyable mornings! java java java java!

Don't get me wrong..I love coffee...but I love bagging a deer even more..and coffee males me pee like a race horse..I hunt in a highly pressured WMA so I need to cut the odds as much as possilble..
After the Sat.and Sun..back to coffee

Not that I've used a tree stand here.(stalking is more of a tradition here) even in my blind i MUST havea coffee. I can't survive without it. Keeps me going.

As much as I would love to have some in the stand I dont dare do it. It doesnt smell like anything in my woods. I drink about 3 cups a day so I get mine down before I leave the truck, I even brush my teeth with Arm & Hammer before heading for the stand.

I love a cup of coffee, but the caffeine buzz only last so long. I think the caffeine crash is worse then no coffee at all. I here an apple will help keeping you alert, the smell probably wouldn’t hurt either.
