I was faced with this exact scenario back in 2006. I couldnt get a shot off sitting and I couldnt get a shot off standing, so what did I so got down on my stand on one knee and was able to pull the shot off.

Id lean one way or the other or squat a bit and let her fly. Ive practiced this and nothing too much happens...Ive even purposely tried torquing my bow and shooting canted at sever angles and still my POI wasnt WAY off...meaning I still produced a "kill" shot. Has anyone else tried this shoot from 15-20 yards at weird angles and positions....some may be surprised at how little it adjusts your shot.

I think a hunter has gotten a little to technical when he is figuring angles to a branchand calculating the compensationwhile at full draw. Pull back, get to your comfortable stance that you are used to and touch the release....adding too many more steps can be detrimental IMO. If there is a branch in the way of your pin, adjust your stance or your shot placement to miss it.

[8D]I shoot the limb off with the first arrow and with the second arrow handy, drill him.

I would have to be in the situation and make a judgement call, but if the limb was directly in the path of my sight pin, I would probably let him take another step.
