Get a copy of The South Beach Diet, my wife has lost 35# in3 months using it, and I've lost a few inches myself with minimal effort. It's easy to stick to, the meals are very satisfying, and so far my carb junkie wife's only complaint is that she can't eat all the food in front of her. The plan is comprehensive, the Super Charged book even includes a moderate excercise program. I tried the Healthy Choice meals, which are much better than the Lean Cuisine meals, but without understanding what you're eating and how it impacts you losing weight is very difficult. Best of luck!
