Me and a buddy had a great spot for elk hunting. He put up a tree stand and left it. In front of his tree stand is a grassy area then a creek. With lots of tracks. On the other side of the creek is where I was going to sit. Well anyways some ass hole came in found his stand didn't take the stand, but he/she most likely a he took a crap in front of his tree stand then marked his tree with tagging. Why?

Yeah thats kind of what I was thinking too. It just sucks. Hope fully will be able to find a better spot.

Woah, I wouldn't go that far bud. It's stuff like that, that anti's will use against us. Plus it could have been just a guy that hunted there in the past with success. Still a d*** move on his part though.

what kind of tagging? trail markers/tape? spray paint? what color?

make sure that stand is still in fine working condition, placing a trail cam facing it mightve been good.

I'm so tired of having to watch what I say on here because of anti's.People are so damn sensitive these days, and know they can get money from the smallest wrongdoing against them or even to something or somebody else if they feel they were "hurt or offended" in the process. Things are way out of whack.I do realize, and I've said this before, that the anti's are out there and lawyers and lawmakers are out there waiting for one of us to say something they can use against us, so I do watch what I say, but this crap's going too far that's for sure.
