Can't load up my aviator and still get the file to large....not much of a computer expert, but I thought I resized it below the 145x145..help

Try this...

If someone on your team already has the avatar and they're using it.....just do a 'file-save as' and copy it to your hard drive. Then go to your profile page and click to change your avatar. Upload the one you saved. It'll already be the right size.

Do as Jeff says. Although you resized it below 145x145 it's still 12k and the avatar has to be 10k or less. Try this one.It's one of your teammates.
