Diet coke and a banana and a Special K bar. I love coffee, but can't hold it in after about 2 hours, either end.

Ramen noodles, fast, easy, full of carbs so I retain body heat and have lots of energy.
I hate to break it to you, but all they have is a lot of sodium and very little nutritional value. All they do is fill space and hurt your heart. [&:]

I hate tobreak it toyou, without the flavor packet, they have 0 cholesterol andalmost0sodium.Two packs has52g of carbs and 10g of protein. Quite good for you actually.
Well hell, let's eat 4 packs and really stock up.[8D]

The Jeff Gordon Energy is good too.
Wouldn't that cause you to blow a tire, hit the wall, and run 42nd?

Usually just coffee! I'll eat breakfast when I get back to the house. If my dad is hunting with me, we usually do breakfast out somewhere. I think the older my dad gets, the more he looks forward to the breakfast than he does the hunting. It's one of the rare times throughout the year where we can actually sit and talk!!

Usually something low impact on the stomach like a poptart or a few powered donuts...... Usually wash it down with a diet coke.
