Pin Gap
Well I dont know why but I really need a pin on somthing to shoot good groups. MY groups at 30 yards right on, 20 yards right on, 25 yards terrible. I just cant seem to put a gap on where I need to shoot, any help on this? I havea Pin for 20 and 30 yards.

Yeah, it just takes some practice. You could consider an adjustable single pin sight but that might be more than you want to get involved with. They are really nice because you can change the yardage of the pin. The downside is that if you have a target that's at 40 yards and walking to you then you don't really know what yardage it will stop and present the shot.By the time the opportunity presents itself you may only have a split second to adjust the rest and take the shot.

RE: Pin Gap
Practice is the only real solution. I am like you. I have to shoot the mid ranges a lot to maintain proficiency and I hate not having a specific pin for the shot. I would rather shoota deer at 30 yards than a25.
Remember - In deer hunting situations - If the target is less than 2-3 yds from a known pinyardage (depending on bow speed etc), sometimes it is better just to put theknown pin on the vitals and concentrate on the shot instead of breaking concentration. An inch or two of difference in trajectory will not spoil the shot, but mind bending yourself into trajectory calculations will.

RE: Pin Gap
Since going to a slow setup this year,I have put my pins at 22,30,35,40,45.
22 carries 25,only about an 1" low and my 30 covers anything from 26-30 so as far as a hunting setup,it works great.
A trick I use for gapping(when using 20-30-40)though is setting the 20 on top of the kill zone and that usually would put my 30 on the bottom, that was a great way to hit the kill zone,if you are wanting spot on accuracy, that takes alot of practice.

I had that same issue and I came up with a meathod that worked well for me. If I had a tweener I would focus on the putting that top pin right above my aiming point. After doing this for so long I ended up being pretty proficient using a singal pin. But before switching to a singal pin as long as I focused on that top pins placement I was sucsessful.
