Well first off, this is my practice routine:
12 shots at 30 yards
12 shots at 25
12 shots at 20
12 shots at 15
12 shots at 10

Its also about 20 push-ups after each practice. And a short jog around the field a couple times.

I do this 3 times a say, 1 time at 7:30 AM , 1 at 12:00 PM, 1 at 7:30 PM.

Well during my evening practice, I couldnt finish because of the misquitoes. Do you guys think its worth it buy a thermocell for this? I dont ever have a problem with them during the season. My evening practice is super important to me because it keeps the metabolisim going at night and the more I shoot ther more I develop muscle memory which helps consistancy. I dont want to use bugspray because Im like allergic to it or somthing, makes my skin all itchy.

The thermacell will doa good job of keeping the bugs away.
That is a lot of shooting each day, nice workout.

yeah i never to the push ups or the job but it kinda sounds like my routine

10 shots at 40
10 shots at 30
10 shots at 20
10 shots at 15
10 shots at 10

twice at day until bow season but i have to take a break becuase i got my wisdom teeth taken out today and my mouth hurts like you wouldnt even beileve maybe in a couple of days

Sounds like you are taking your practice real serious. What happends if you want to shoot more than 60 arrows in a setting?

I personally wouldn't buy the thermocell if you aren't gonna use it elsewhere.
