I'd have a hard time leaving NorthernIdaho, and I love all of Western Montana ... heck Montana period...but if I had the money, I'd own land somewhere in the Midwest or ND were I could hunt whitetails a couple weeks or a month out of the year..

If Provincial laws didnt keep me from owning land and hunting it in Canada.. Sas would be my top choice.. by far to buy some ground and hunt it for whitetails, bears, elk etc..

Assuming family wasn't an issue and you werefinancially able to do so, would you move to another state just so you could better your hunting prospects? If so, which state?

I'm curious how many are happy where there are and how many would be willing to leave their home to have a better place to hunt.
The hunting may not be the best in the couintry, but I love it here in Oklahoma. I don't see myself leaving this state.
