Just keep shooting. Also starting doing some light weightlifting to build up your muscles. Does your bow have a stabilizer and all those other fun accesories? Those all can help you out.

That's what I'm thinking...what's the draw weight currently? If you're not sure, take your bow to any archery shop and they can throw it on the scale for you. When you know what your draw weight is, it sets the foundation for success when determining what weight arrow and broadhead you should beusing too.
Do you know what % letoff the bow is too? 65%, 80%? Some bows you can actually adjust the letoff which basically means that if you have 80% letoff that when you get the string back to full draw, that the cams/wheels are "essentially" holding 80% of the draw weight for you! Same would apply if you had 65% letoff. Just something else to consider.
Finally, just do some strengthening exercises. If you pound out some pushups/pullups or work with some bands for a month or two, you can really improve your strength that way!

my bow is at 55pounds and its pretty comfortable there i just kinda have a short attention span when it comes to u know holding the bow for a while lol like i can hold it where i want it but i end up moving alot when im tryin to hold it. I think maybe i should move it down to 50lbs. I have a vibracheck stabilizer and i have a magic stop target for my front yard. I have carbon xpress terminator lite hunters and eliminator hunters. i want to shoot 100 grain g5 montecs.
. Its an 05 hoyt mt sport and i think the letoff is 65% im not totally sure though. Thanks for the kind welcome and any help will be appreciated. Thanks for your time guys

Colton, are you just starting out, or have you been shooting a while?
