Default Limbsaver Technology?

How many of you have some sort of this Technology attached to your bow? Do you believe it helps in the way you would expect it to?

How did you test it to see if it mattered?

Got a little experiment in mind. Details later.

Thanks, LT

I have a ton of it on my bow. How did I test it. I shot the bow with and without each product. Some made a slight difference, some made a drastic difference. And some make a difference on different bows. One of the few things in archery that isn't all hype, this stuff actually works.

The reason Sims is so big today is because the original limbsavers product work, and they were the first. I think they are probably one of the single greatest inventions in huntingin the last 10 years (or whenever they came out). After the original limbsaver's, they've released a 101 other products. You can argue points on all the other stuff, but remember, they've influenced more new products from the original idea than probably any other!

Took off the cat whiskers on my string, put the sims paddle leechs on, BIG difference even to the naked ear.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I have currently the Limbsaver Quads on my limbs and the Navcom Stabilizer. I also have a Meanv suppressor which basically has the same type of rubber material on the stopper.

I basically tested the effectiveness the same way you guys have. Added one item at a time and noted any difference in vibration and shock.

I am still rolling some ideas around on my experimental project with this stuff. More will come later.

Any other comments/info welcome.

Thanks, LT

Well I shoot a Hoyt, so yeah. My bow is decked out w/ factory Simms gear. RiserShox, StringShox, StealthShot, AlphaShox.....And I just installed a cable guard dampener today. And oh yes, they most definetly work. I took off my stealthshot, much more noise. Even taking off the stringshox resulted in more noise, and LESS arrow speed.
