Mine are on the way as well. I have shot my General a lot since last November, but I didn't see a need to take any risks with my up and coming trip to CO.

I hope mine arrive in a week or so.

I'm taking mine in tomorrow, but am not concerned about the safety of myself while shooting it. I am comfortable shooting it. I will even be keeping and shooting my bow, while I'm waiting for the limbs to come in.

I will be taking mine in next weekend as the limbs should come in next week. I have shot mine a lot since March when I bought it and I have had 0 problems. I would not try my General for anything

I dropped mine off yesterday. It wasn't giving me any problems but I figure better safe than sorry. I also ordered a Commander that should be here Monday or Tuesday. Now I just need to tell my wife.

I wonder if the "New reinforced Limbs" will increase the output of the bow, maybe bump it a few FPS or anything???? Any of you guys chrono your bow before, willing to re-chrono after the new limbs are on it just for schicks and giggles???

Be intersting to know the whole story, but I understand if BT wants to deal with the problem quickly without much info about it. Had a friend once tell me when you apologize don't mention the reason, just makes the person mad again. Deal with it and move on!

With what I do know of the company and the fact that they do not out source, I'm curious how they didn't see it in the design stage. I'm also curious if this is BT taking charge or if it's being pushed by Savage?

Dealer told me limbs in apg will take at least 8-10 days to come in. I have zero problems with mine but better safe
then sorry.

Discussed in depth with dealer! I have no problems with my General and I made the decision that it's too close to hunting season for me to switch out limbs on a 1% chance. I am confident I will be just fine, but even if something goes wrong, I have a great backup bow.
