    Success to me is raising my 3 daughters well enough so they can take care of themselves and live a happy life...

    As far as hunting is concerned, meat in the freezer is success. If I get a nice buck, the rack is the bonus.

    Theanswer is more complex for me than just meat or antlers. My success in the woods doesn't depend on one or the other. For me success in a much more emotional than physical thing. That said you can't eat antlers. I hope to succeed in filling at least 3 tags this year. Two does and one buck with a really nice set of antlers.
