Finding sacred bedding areas are without a doubt my number one priority when it comes to scouting new pieces of land. I cannot count how many times I sat 50-100 yards downwind of remote bedding areas and saw/shot deer moving along their edges.
So I would say Jeff, that improving or actually creating thickets/bedding areas on one's property is a major priority. I hope to one day own some land and really play with things to create an awesome place to hunt.
