WOuld you please tell me why you couldn't just offer some advice to help instead of jumping on the man? That doesn't add up even if you owned bow tech that doesn't make sense.

Something I find amazing is.......ALL these guys with "staff" this and "Prostaff" that in their sigs......not thinking ANYTHING about saying something disparaging towards another company's products.....IN THE SAME INDUSTRY.
I'm surprised by this, really.....becasue the archery industry's a pretty small fraternity.
It's also (IMO) unethical business. And....if you're on "staff".....whether you like it or not.....you're representing that company.
Just surprised.... and it isn't relegated to only this thread.

I have been trying to sight in my Bowtech General that I bought this last winter, this week. I had one good day of shooting and the next 3 days I was always shooting right and some times high at 30 yard.I would re sight and a few arrow later I would be off to the right again. some would be in tight groups but off 5" some would spray all over anda few would be on.the sight and pins were tight.
I stared to get frustrated thinking I should stick to rifle hunting if I cant shoot a bow with 8 1/2 BH and then It happened, 4 arrows after reading about generals bowing up, right here on this sight, it blew!
the limb broke were the crome pin goes threw the bottom cam and split the limb up towards the grip about 5". I wasn't even mad when it happened I was just relieved that it was probably the bow that was to blame for my poor shooting and not me. I contacted Bowtech and they will send me a newbow with a new limb design after getting my old one.
I really liked the General for the one day it shot well but now I really haft to decide If I will stick with bowtech. I shot a bowtech, tech 29 for 5 years before this with no problemsother thenit beingveryunforgiving bow. I went to the Mathews shop today and shot the DXT it was nice but it was not as nice as my General was. do I jump ship or give bowtech another chance?
