I wish my son showed half as much enthusiasm, I'm setting up a trip for us to go to the YO ranch this fall and I can't get him to take his hunter safety course.

If your young, I think you should be outside or working instead of on the computer. The only time Im on huntingnet is at work otherwise there is way to much to do at home and in the woods. IMO
im always outside. play baseball every month of the year. also not old enough for a job.

kind of a weird thread steven. lol (PM me)

but anyway, it seems like most of the people are as willing to learn from us, as we are from them. great site.
Rory, just out of curiosity. How old do you have to be to have a job?

First, I think it is great that you guys are on here as opposed to a lot of the other places on the internet that kids tend to visit.

Secondly, and trust me on this one, most of the time you guys make a WHOLE lot more sense compared to some of us SUPPOSED adults.

To be brutally honest, I'm probably not going to take advice from someone who has very little experience. On the other hand, I think it's great for you young hunters to come on a forum to ask questions and learn as much as you can. You can learn a lot here, but you will learn much more by being in the woods and by learning from your mistakes. There are many knowledgable and successful hunters on this forum, so I do suggest you younger hunters soak in as much as you can. This can only help you make fewer mistakes while you are hunting.

You young studs are some pretty good guys here on HNI! Don't change a thing guys, your doing just fine! I find it hard to believe some of you guys are the age you are. I would of never guessed it with some of you. Most of you all are very mature like on here, nothing wrong with a quality like that at all!!
