Default calls

what is your favirote all around call for archery....what do u prefer i get...this will be my first year.

I like the grunt call myself. See a buck off in the distance and give a little grunt. Pretty simple to use.

Good luck this year outdoor....if you do get a grunt call, use it lightly. Use it less than you think if you are calling blind (without seeing a deer).

I grunt call with my mouth, keeps you from having to carry one more thing in the woods. You can get a cd, or dvd with deer vocalizations on it and then mimic them. It can be a lot of fun.

Grunt calls are probably my favorite all around call. Works well when a deer is just out of range and you want him to come closer.

Grunt calls are my primary but one that quickly moves from a dominant grunt through a doe contact are even better. The Deer Flute by River Valley Game Calls has a slide that you can quickly move from buck to doe with one finger without taking it apart. The Deer Flute <---click me!
