Will You hunt differently due to gas prices?

School is the only thing that will keep me away this fall, I bet I'll cut the number of hunts in half from last year. I have put hunting in front of everything else the past 3 years and haven't stayed on track in school. This past turkey season I put school first, didn't go hunting as often, and still killed three birds, so I think it pays off to have your priorities straight. As far as gas prices, our private land is an hour and 15 min away, good little drive, but this year I got permission to hunt a farm owned by a guy I used to work for down here.....it's about 10 minutes away. I also hunt national forest a little bit and it's 5 minutes from the house. Last year one of my buddy's bought a ford ****** to take hunting. Killed a 7 point in the national forest and threw him in the trunk. He liked the ****** so much, he drives it everywhere now.

It proably will not effect me. When my partner hunts with me (about 75%), he insists on driving as long as I provide the food. Looks like I may have to bring some Lobster for lunch this season. [&:]
