unless you are shooting something that is an absolutly massive creature, you dont need alot of KE, just a well placed shot.

You are exactly right, most arrow manufacturers will say that you need at least 40 ft lbs of KE to kill awhitetail sized animal. I choose to shootthe most KE thatmy bow willachieve and I have also found that it does make a bow shoot smoother with this style set-up. Also with the Bh's I shoot I feel more comfortable with the higher lbs of KE....The end result is that I am extremely confident in my set-up and that is a very important factor in my opinion....

It's not a matter of need for me,but a preference,we all have things we don't need.

I will do that. I just sold my Switchback. I sold it in less than a day. Hopefully, if things go well, I'll be coming home with a Commander tomorrow!

As a former owner (and probably a future one) I can tell you that you will not be disappointed. Good luck and have fun.

Dave,
I haven't shot a limb driver but the trophy ridge drop zone is killer, that is what was on here when Ben sold it to me....I put one on my guardian too....

I have one on both of mine. I am sure there are other rests that are just as good but I prefer the limbdriver and it works great on a Commander.
