Rob, as you may remember (being an old timer like me) that I started a thread about one of the guys that was listed on one of the prominent hunting shows as a "pro staffer" or memeber of the hunting team was a convicted poacher and I caught all kinds of **** about that until one of our resourceful members did some searching and found an article about the poaching incident in which the guy had been convicted and posted it backing up the entire story that I relayed to the members and some of the haters, (some that are still here and some that are no longer allowed to be with us

) still busted my balls for it; eventhough the show pulled the guy off of their webiste and fired the guy after calls and emails from some of the upstanding members of the site. I knew the story and relayed it and the article back it up word for word and I still got my balls busted so, I feel your pain. But the right thing was done by pulling the entry and by alerting the proper authorities so kudos to both!

I remember this incident clearly. Good job to all involved. I am glad to see you are doing this contest again Rob. I thought it was handled very well. Was starting to worry you wern't going to do it this year. Good luck to all in the contest. I think the top 3 teams should remain intact. LOL Not just the winners. We lead early and for awhile. Just not in the end when it counted.

The member Rob is talking about was on my team and all I have to say is Rob you handeled perfectly!!!! YOu had a system and the system worked even better than we could have hoped!!!!

I remember the incident very well. I thought immediately there was something wrong with the picture the offender posted. I did at first think it may have been struck by a train like a few others stated. When I really got looking at it I could see more and more evidence of his dirty little secret.

I think it was handled very well by Rob at the time. The biggest whiner is no longer here, and I for one don't miss him. Sorry!

I remember it very well.I am glad things went the way they did. I don't remember Rob taking heat for it,otherwise I would have liked to think I would have voiced my support for Rob.It is pretty hard not to like and respect Rob!

It has been a while since I have posted.I have read numerous posts by Rob over the last couple of years and he earned my respect some time ago. He nailed it by his statement, "Ifwe're not a part of the solution, we arepart of the problem."

We shouldn't turn a 'blind eye" (sorry no pun intended..haha) no matter if it is for fun or not.Right is right and wrong is wrong. Be responsible for your own actions!

I would rather catch some heat for standing up for what is right and have a clear conscious than the alternative.

I'll be your wingman anytime Rob.

Now........someone tell me what the heck a sack rider is! I must have missed that one too!

He is still around under a different name though, whats funny is that I thought of him as one of the more trustworty guys on the forum. If you know who they are talking about then his rep just got tarnished beyond repair now. Shame, Shame, Shame [:'(]
