Default Are they ruined?

Any of you guy's familiar with that smell you get when the inside of your boots get soaked and then they sit out in the sun. Well my Redheads that i bought last season are now like that. Seems like there is nothing you can do to get rid of that moldy smell. Any ideas?

I was going to say wash them with some cover scent detergent also. That would be the only guess I could make.

Baking powder will help or charcole. Cover scent will help mask the smell, but you have to remember that deer can smell dozens of odors at the same time.

Take them to a public laundry (so you don't kill yours)and run them through a basic wash cycle with baking soda, and air dry. Throw in a couple of large towels to keep the noise down.

Just rip off .02 ounces of fabric lined with scent lok, stuff the inside of your boots with them, and they will be scent free for 1000 years.
