Would you shoot a half rack?

The half rack would not play into the equation for me. I'd shoot it and be proud.
What if this deer (half racked) was an obvisous 4.5-5.5year old? Does that matter to those of you that said you would not shoot??

This one had both sides but not much else. But it also was the last day of the season.
Nine points with the longest being about5 inches.[:-]He was getting no better.I was happy.

I've killed them before, might again in the future. Depends on the situation/location/time of year etc. If its a deer that I would shoot withmatching sides, I'd probably shoot with half a rack.

The results of this question always suprise me.
Especially when everyone talks of the general size of bucks they'd shootand the whole "mature" thing.

Of course I would. If he's a mature deer......I'm shooting. Theage of a deer, ALONE, would determine the "trophy" factor, for me.....regardless of headgear. I'd have that deer mounted and be proud of him.
